Wyttle Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wyttle platform (“Wyttle”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including our website and mobile applications distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

By creating an account or using Wyttle, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Wyttle.

3. Nature of the Service

Wyttle is a technology platform that enables users to connect with mentors and professionals.
Wyttle is not a provider of professional, financial, legal, career, or therapeutic advice.

We do not guarantee outcomes, results, or the quality of interactions between users.

4. Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Keep login credentials secure

• Be responsible for all activity on your account

5. Tokens and Payments

Wyttle operates on a token-based system.

Tokens are digital credits that allow access to features and interactions within the platform.

Token bundles (one-off purchases)

• 50 tokens — £27.99

• 100 tokens — £45.99

These are one-time purchases. Tokens do not expire but are non-refundable once used.

Subscription plan

• 200 tokens per month

• £14.99 per month

• Billed as £179.99 annually (12-month commitment)

• Automatically renews annually unless cancelled

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the 12-month minimum term.

6. Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your Apple or Google account settings.

Deleting your Wyttle account does not cancel your subscription.

You must manage cancellations through the store you subscribed with.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Refund requests must be made directly through Apple or Google.

Wyttle does not issue refunds for:

• Unused tokens

• Partially used subscriptions

• Change of mind

8. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Misrepresent your identity

• Harass or abuse other users

• Attempt to scrape or misuse data

• Use Wyttle for unlawful purposes

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Unused tokens are forfeited upon termination for breach.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology associated with Wyttle remain our property.

11. Limitation of Liability

Wyttle is provided on an “as is” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Wyttle shall not be liable for:

• Outcomes of mentor interactions

• Loss of opportunity, income, or data

• Disputes between users

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Wyttle against claims arising from your misuse of the platform.

13. Privacy

Your use of Wyttle is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Wyttle constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
